- Should I be fitter to start training?
In most cases, we start training to get fitter if you search for a trainer is because you would like he/she will help you to get in that dreamt shape, so overwhelm less and contact us asap we will be very glad to be part in your journey
- Before training, I must fix my food
This is like saying: “I am not going to work out today because it is raining, or too hot, or too cold outside.“
The most recommended is that first, you start to work out, and slowly the food will fall in its place, and with our help, we will make a great eating habit that will help you to achieve your goals faster
- Will I get bulky if I train with kettlebells?
That is a myth, getting bulky or not, it will rely on you, let’s say, are you hitting the weights very hard every day and sometimes 2 times per day? Are you eating like a monster every day and supplementing after each meal and training?
Probably not, so you will not get bulky.
What could happen is that you are training hard 2 or 3 times per week, but you are eating too much, in this case, you will accumulate too much body fat, at this point we should work on your food intake, so we make disappear this body fat to uncover this muscle under the skin.
- What are the prices?
That always depends on the program you are choosing, nutrition consulting, personal training, and rehabilitation training for your lower back are very different things so each program has its own price.

- How will I contact you if we are doing online training?

- Are you doing group or personal training face-to-face?
Yes, we are doing them.
In order to join them, you must live close to our facilities or join the camps we organize yearly: we combine sport, food, and tourism, don’t worry if you are part of our family you will be notified when a big event is preparing.
And by the way, these events are thought that in case you have a family, they can join them as well.
In case you need rehabilitation service for your lower back issue: sciatica, hernia, or back strain, is done face-to-face in the initial stages.
- How much weight should I lose?
That depends on your body, but usually will happen like that:
At first, you will lose weight quickly, up to a point which you will have a plateau, at this moment the weight will get stable for a time and the curve will slow down and you will lose weight slowly.
It is very important at this time to keep working out and stay consistent, a shortcut will not help in the long run.
- How you are going to correct my technique if I am doing online training?
In case you are participating in our live online training, having the camera turned on will help our coaches to correct you at that moment, they are experts in the field, so they know what to do, and what to look for.
In the case you are doing online personal training or having a conditioning program, our coaches will ask you to record some videos doing the movements so they can give you the right cues to correct your technique, these cues sometimes are going to be in video format so you can reproduce the exercises at home.
Also, if you agree, we will ask you to perform a live training so the coach can correct you on the moment in case there is something to improve, also will be a very good moment to ask for doubts about the training program.
- What is your experience?
I am in the personal training business for more than 20 years and with tons of clients on my back. Thousands of rehabilitation and conditioning programs have been written.
I have worked with elite athletes, helping them in the preparations for Olympic Games, and world championships.
