HOW TO START RUNNING?
I understand that some people just hate running, but has nothing to do with running by itself, but with the bad coaching they experience in their youth. This had left a negative blueprint in their memories. I will change that.
If you run or not, let me address some issues before you quit this page.
The four questions some runner ever made to herself:
- Will I be able to run 5k without stops?
- Will I be able to run 10k in under 45 minutes?
- Will I be able to end 21k?
- Will I be able to run a Marathon?
The answer to all of them is yes, of course! If you train toward this goal and have the right amount of patience, anyone can do that.
I swear I see it with my eyes!
Running is a natural movement, we have been doing that since humans were monkeys (some still are), and running, is easier than you think.

For me, AND PROBABLY FOR YOU, running must be:
- Right training approach to your level
- A mixture of different aspects
